A long term, research-heavy project written in 2020 for my advanced writing senior seminar. By Any Means is a collection of short stories that follows three detectives across a span of nearly 50 years as they attempt to find a serial killer responsible for ten unsolved murders.
A prose-style poem written in 2018 for my advanced poetry class in college. "Please don't read" was written following a panic attack and meditates on the things my mind gets caught on in the midst of large surges of anxiety, such as music, scents, and past events.

Academic Essays
This essay was written for an English class that focused on Shakespeare in film. For our final essays, we were asked to choose a Shakespeare play, find a film adaptation of it, and analyze the film, both as an adaptation of a Shakespeare play and its place in society. I chose Akira Kurosawa's The Bad Sleep Well, an adaptation of Shakespeare's Hamlet that was released in 1960.
An interactive fiction game written in a cyberpunk setting, featuring a large open world and a number of characters that the player is able to interact with. The game follows the player character (named Kian) as he attempts to follow a series of mysterious clues in order to prevent something terrible from happening.
